Join us as we welcome back Pennsylvania’s Flagship Niagara with three days of free visitation, history, fun at the Erie Maritime Museum and U.S. Brig Niagara. Living history demonstrations such as coopering, blacksmithing and rope making will allow visitors to imagine what Erie’s naval shipyard may have been like in 1812 and 1813. This will be complimented by living historians portraying the French and Indian War and War of 1812. Deck tours of the ship will be available throughout the open hours and there will be food trucks serving a variety of different meal and snack options.
